Why is My Internet Not Working?

1. Dropdowns WILL NOT WORK 2. E-mails delete THEMSELVES and WILL NOT SEND 3.Search engines WILL NOT search. 4. Some of my favorite websites make my computer lag BADLY and freeze completely. (YouTube) 5. Everything was FINE before I went to a certain link and my computer froze. I then got a message from ANTIVIRUS saying my computer got 8 viruses from the website. 6.ANTIVIRUS tries to fix the problem, but ANTIVIRUS is NOT WORKING CORRECTLY. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!

Unfortunately it sounds like you have a virus. Since it seems that you aren't too familiar with handling these situations, I would recommend that you take it in to a computer shop to get cleaned.
