hi, i want to register on an online forum. I have 2 computers and I want to register under 2 different usernames, 1 per PC. My question is, will the forum know that I am the same person, I will also have 2 different email address. I registered prior under 2 different usernames on the same PC and somehow they found out. I assume they found out because of the IP address. Also Do my two PC's have different IP address. thank you.

Sounds like they're tracking your IP address - they must be worried about multiple users on the same IP. I suggest installing Hide My IP Address (or similar program) on the PC that you are having trouble registering under. If this doesn't work or you don't want to pay if you don't have to, try going through the power cycle - this may change the IP address. If this doesn't help, visit the Website I reference below.

If you register two account from the same computer the forum moderator will know it and most probably will delete one, or will block it. Even if you register using two different e-mail addresses, they will still find it out. The best way to complete your plan is to change your ip address while registering. http://allanonymity.com

You probably use same IP address from both PC and it does not matter of you have 3-4 PC... If all use same IP address form administrator will always find you.

To find what is your IP address from every PC simple visit very reliable IP tracing site's:

http://www.ipaddresslocation.org or http://www.find-ip-address.org

If IP tracing site's above give you same IP address details for each PC then you can try to bypass restriction of forum by using anonymous proxy server.

Good free software is TOR and *** and to find more about anonymous proxies, tutorials, forum with free proxies etc... try on:

I'm assuming with 2 computers, you're connected to the internet thru a router - if so, your 2 computers will have different local network IP addresses, but your network, outbound from the router, will only show one IP address, the one that your ISP has 'leased' to you.
