I have about 10 product versions of Microsoft C++ redistributable and I would like to know if I could uninstall them without any problems and just keep the latest version.

You may or may not need some of them. They were installed by different programs that used a certain version. You may or may not have some of those programs on your computer anymore. Anyway, you can uninstall them, if it turns out a version is required, the program that needs it will tell you and you can just reinstall it. All those c++ redistributable versions are free and easily downloaded from Microsoft.
