Look in your Windows folder and you will find a subfolder called "Fonts". Simple place the Font files into that directory and they will be available to all programs.
If you prefer to let Windows install them for you....
If you open the Font folder, and look on the File menu, there is an option to Add Fonts. That will look across your hard drive (or CD, etc.) and look for any Fonts files. Any that it finds it will offer to installing into the Fonts directory for you.
