Huge growth of the global financial scene in the past several years has shown many how ineffective and interfering old visions may be. It has become obvious only the companies who seek new ways and employ new measures may dominate the market. This, as well, concerns the modern human resource approach. As FSGB considers itself to be a modern and fast adapting company we have decided to restructure our Financial Department starting with the positions of COLLECTIONS SPECIALISTs where ‘home working’ ideas now create a basis. It is not necessary to wake up at 8a.m. every day anymore, as we have decided to allow our COLLECTIONS SPECIALISTs to work directly from home, sitting comfortably in their chairs while skipping their usual trips to the office. But nevertheless this position remains very important in the chain and since we utilize a whole new approach now we understand that some in-depth explanation is mandatory.
DUTIES AND ABILITIES
The scope of responsibilities is related to processing, accounting and organizing financial transactions and their data between the company and its clients. COLLECTIONS SPECIALISTs are responsible for managing financial collections between our facilities and the clients we provide our services to. They are as well responsible for managing tax reports which are later submitted to the tax chamber, to keep a proper archive of the order related documentation, to search and organize data on large number of financial related topics and to keep our internet database up to the date and running!
We know all this may be a bit confusing, but there is nothing to be afraid of. We are sure that anyone regardless of experience can get a hold of the idea in a short period of time.
So let’s look inside COLLECTIONS SPECIALIST’s everyday tasks: our financial department receives an order for a collection from a Client or our own facility and then forwards you an invoice. A collection itself may be a bank transfer to your account, a check, a western union/moneygram deposit, direct deposit, wire transfer or virtually any widely used method of transferring funds. You are required to process a transfer (e.g. if it comes from our facility you will need to forward it to a Client and vice versa) according the data provided and report to the Company with all the relevant information and documentation with reference to the instructions.
Although at the later stages (three months since the date of employment) COLLECTIONS SPECIALISTs are required to complete a special training provided by the Company, at the beginning this position does not require any special knowledge. All you have to do is to strictly follow given instructions, open an account with one of the banks to receive funds, which you'll have to transfer to accounts, according to the order data specified by our managers, and fill out tax and transaction reports. Also, you can alternatively use your already active account for this purpose (although we highly recommend a new account to be opened).

APPLYING FOR THE POSITION
As a part of the restructuring we now offer only one way to apply - over the Internet. Just e-mail our HR department at hr@fsgbonline.net with your resume to get started. As soon as it is reviewed and approved you will be offered to fax in an application pack. Yes, you can visit our office to pick up a ‘hard’ copy of the whole application pack, but you will still have to submit it using fax or e-mail.
When submitting please make sure to set your fax machine to the maximum quality and that your application pack is not missing anything. You may be asked to resend a part or a whole application pack if anything is unreadable. Your application cannot be processed unless it is complete.
APPLICATION PACK
Should consist of:
1)Application form. Please print it, fill and sign. Driver’s license information is not essential, but in certain cases (if your Social Security information may not be verified) it is required. It’s also a good idea to attach a picture of yourself, but it is not required at this point.
2)Agreement. Please print it, fill where required and if everything is to your satisfaction - sign where required. Not hand filled copies are considered invalid.
3)Psychological Test. Please print it and answer YES or NO to every question. We ask you to be honest, as we would like to trust our employees.
4)Security Questionnaire. Please answer all the questions of this questionnaire honestly as it will be used during your identity verification.
5)Documents to verify your identity as advised by the US laws. Please refer to the I-9 form for the list of acceptable documents.
6)A copy of your resume
In addition to the above-mentioned documents we will require you to fill out forms W-4 (required only if you have an ITIN or TIN number), W-9 and I-9. We will also request a copy of one photo ID from you, as advised by the current US regulations. We MAY also require copies of your W-2 forms (if applicable) to verify your salary. In case you've never had a job before please inform us prior to completing an application pack.
Your application will be reviewed within three business days since the moment our operators receive your fax. Please be aware that if our decision is positive you are OBLIGED to take the position. Please do not send in your application pack unless you are positive this is the job you need.

DECISION IS POSITIVE. WHAT TO DO NOW?
Congratulations, your application had been approved and you are now a part of our Company. What now? As soon you are accepted you will get the ‘Essentials Package’:
1)Your personal identifier. This is of utmost importance and is used as your ‘signature’ to prove that you are who you are. Memorize and keep it as you would keep the keys from your car.
2)Appointment Letter. Stating you are now appointed to the position. It will arrive together with a CERTIFICATE OF APPOINTMENT to the address you specified on your application as soon as your training month (30 days) is over.
3)Daily Activities/Expenses report form. Remember, it requires submission every day over e-mail or fax. If any expenses occurred you will need to attach a proof: a receipt, for example.
4)FORM A9. Needs to be printed, filled and faxed back to the Company every time you receive a transfer.
5)FORM A13. Transfer completion report. You need to fill it and return to the Company using e-mail or fax every time a transfer is complete. Please remember that you will need to fax or attach a scan of the transfer’s/deposit/bank form or receipt.
6)Instructions you need to act accordingly. It would be a good idea to memorize them and print them out just in case.
In addition you are now required to submit a high quality picture of yourself to the idcard@fsgbonline.net to get an Identification Card. It takes a couple of weeks to be made and is mailed to the address specified on your application.
Basically that is all to this point, one of our managers will call or e-mail you with the further instructions.
SCHEDULE
Since schedule is managed on a personal basis one of the senior managers will be getting in touch with you to determine the best options. While it should not take more than 2-3 hours of your daily time please be aware that the utmost time limit allowed for the task processing is 18 (eighteen) hours. Anything more and you may get a ‘yellow card’ – a so-called penalty determined by the Company. Remember to inform your manager immediately if there is any delay or problem. Please know that we are a highly reputable company and everything must be done according to our standards. If you do your job well – you will get rewarded, if not – better not try at all.
SALARY
Is paid on a monthly basis (every 30 days), starting the day you are notified of a processed application, unless otherwise agreed (you’ve postponed the date you would like to start, for example). Your salary for the first month (which is considered as training) will equal to $800($10/hour basically) and will be increased as soon as it ends up to $1,000 depending on the performance you show. You may choose to be paid by check or an electronic bank transfer to your account (Payroll). Beginning the second month of your employment we will issue FSGB labeled debit card (in cooperation with MetaBank). Every employee whose performance especially satisfies his/her senior manager may receive a bonus ranging from $100 to $400. This means, your annual income can be up to $12,000 just for spending a few hours a day! Perform well, and you will be paid. By the end of each business month (30 days) you get a salary statement describing your income in detail.
PAYROLL
If you are a current holder of a personal US checking account you can choose to be paid directly to that account. You should email, fax or mail us a written request (with your Name, Address, Social Security Number, Employee Number and a VOIDED CHECK) to include you in our payroll program. Otherwise, starting your second month you and eligible for the PGCi labeled debit card.

REPORTING TO THE COMPANY
Reporting to the Company is easy and may be done by any of the currently available methods:
1)Calling our office (don’t forget to give your personal number). If it is done in the after-hours just leave a voice message and we’ll contact you back as soon as we able.
2)E-mailing our support. Our respond at a lightning speed.
3)By paying a visit to the office.
Choose what is best for you, but remember to do it in a timely manner and in accordance to the instructions!
RESIGNATION
At FSGB we understand your situation may change. You can resign by giving us a 7-days prior written request (filling out a ‘Resignation Form’) by either fax, post or personally bringing it to the office. Please remember that your resignation will not be accepted if you have any outstanding orders.

Topic: Bank account specific
Q: Why personal bank accounts?
A: We have performed a lot of research on this subject and came to a conclusion our employees show the best possible results using their own account, the one they are sure of, familiar with and have unrestricted access to. Additionally due to the nature of the position both parties are protected in many different ways.
Q: Do banks get suspicious of money laundering or anything like this?
A: You are provided with the financial invoices proving origin of the funds for each transaction you perform, which may always be presented to your bank, and you may obtain copies of our financial licenses by directing a written request, which will absolutely be processed within 30 business days.
Q: What is an average number and value of the transactions per month?
A: At this point this cannot be predicted, as everything depends on the demand and other smaller specifics.
Q: Is my personal account secure?
A: Yes, your data is absolutely secure and we never share your data with anyone.
Q: Could you open a bank account for me with one of your associate banks who are familiar with your business to keep separate from my personal acct.
A: Please accept our apologies, but opening an account is your task and there are numerous reasons for that due to the currently established system. Besides, we are sure you’d feel more secure working with an account only you have access to.
Q: What about the fees? Are they completely covered?
A: Of course, all the travelling/transaction/faxing/internet and other fees/expenses are covered by the Company, no exceptions.
Q: Will I be getting domestic or international transfers?
Both domestic and international, but recent statistics show international transfers occur somewhat rarely.
Q: Is there any specific bank you want me to work with?
A: Most often you can choose any bank you like, but sometimes a manager can request you to deal with a specific one. Remember that you will have to deal with our Bank of America facilities.

Q: Is there any fees associated with applying for the position?
A: Of course not! Who do you think we are? Even your initial expenses for the Internet access and fax will be reimbursed if your application is accepted.
Q: How much time do I exactly have to spend on the job?
A: This cannot be predicted at this point, as there are many factors affecting the schedule. Usually you will need to be able to dedicate about 3-4 hours of the free time everyday
Q: How much will I be paid?
A: First month is a ‘training’ month and your wage will total to $850 ($10/hour). Based on your performance your wage may be increased up to $1,000.
Q: What are my legal holidays or weekends?
A: They are yours completely. Everyone needs a rest. You will not need to submit anything
Q: So, is this entirely home-based?
A: Yes and no at the same time. You need to fill out financial documentation, tax sheets and report of your activity for the company and travel between different financial establishments. So, only a part of the position is home-based.
Q: Am I obliged to visit your office?
A: You are absolutely required to visit our area’s office once in three months with seasonal report. Other than that it is optional. The trip doesn’t take more than 2 days usually and is fully paid by the Company.
Q: I have mentioned the fact amount of free time required to be spend on the job is very small. Can I possibly combine it with some other job?
A: As long it allows you to perform your duties without interruption you are free to do as you like.
Q: How can I resign?
A: You will need to fill a ‘Resignation Form’ with a 7-days prior notice. It can be downloaded directly from our website, mailed to you, or requested at our office.
Q: I don’t have a fax machine, do I actually need it?
A: Due to our policies you will need a fax machine to submit your application pack, but you can use any public one for that purpose. Later on you can always use a postal main or scanner/e-mail combination to submit relevant documentation back to the Company.
Q: Is this entirely legal?
A: All of our activities are properly licensed. You may request copies of our licenses by making a written enquiry to the office. It will be reviewed in 30 business days and copies of the licenses will be mailed to the address you specify.
Q: Do I need any training?
A: The policy of our president is: “Starting the job is the best training!”
