Computer Genius's I need your help!?

Okay I don't know what I did but my laptop will not connect to any wireless networks!? D: Some one please help me I've tried everything because I don't know what is wrong. I have always connected to the computer upstairs and my sister and I both need to do our homework on online school!!:O 10 points to best answer! And I will love you forever!:D

alright who ever said the wireless switch was off i just laughed, bee more specific who is your internet provider, how do you connect wireless? a tower with a broadband card? or just a router? edit and i will get back to you!



Thanks for editing! ok there is obviously a problem with your wireless connection through your laptops if another computer has connections, google bestbuy # they are very helpfull and FREE!

Head over to Radioshack quick and buy a USB wireless network adapter (it'll be like 20-30 bucks). If you've done everything and your laptop still won't connect to the internet wirelessly, a component of your laptop's wireless card could be physically damaged (quite common with laptops), so your best bet is getting a completely new network adapter.

its probably the wireless switch is turned off, switch it back on!!
