Exporting E-mails from Microsoft Outlook?

I have many hundreds of e-mails that I want to export from Microsoft Outlook and save elsewhere (on a CD).
They are splt into various sub-folders.
I was wondering if anyone could advise what the easiest way to do this would be. It would be particularly useful to either be able to view the e-mails on the final CD... or be able to easily "Import" them back into Outlook.
I have tried exporting to an Access document... which is good up to a point.... No dates appear to be transferred to the database...and I have to do each individual "outlook" folder seperately.
Any advice / help would be greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Perhaps try exporting as csv tried this many times and only works now and then but that's Uncle Bill's products for you. I use Thunderbird and Firefox now. Good luck!

You can save backup files, if you have Outlook 2007 it has this feature but if you have Outlook 2003, you need to download the add-in from Microsoft website

when you installed the software, save a backup file in hard drive then write it to CD, later you can open it again with any Outlook with backup add-in, you can even copy your e-mails from backup files to Outlook, I mean like moving your e-mails from work computer to home computer and if you make your Outlook main file password protected, then backup would be password protected too!

Backwards. In Outlook open the tackle e book>Edit>pick all actual click>deliver Mail, the recipients arise in "To" Delete people who're no longer getting this e mail. Then insert your Excel record as attachment or reproduction and paste in the main important physique. click deliver. Now in case you won't be able to do this, then ask a team member to do it for you and supply your self the sack

Go to tools menu / options / other tab / autoarchive button and check the settings here.

Hope this helps.
