Zetaboards Error Code: 13002:5617981?

Question

Hi. I'm an admin of a Zetaboard powered site and one of the members is having trouble with posting in the forums, she keeps getting:

You do not have permission to start a topic in this forum.Error Code: 13002:5617981

It has nothing to do with permission, she is a member like everyone else and they can create topics and post fine, but she can't. I asked her to try with a different web browser, she said the error still came up.

It most likely *is* a permissions thing. If you can't find it, have her create a new account. If that one can start a topic, just kill the old account and have her change her name on the new one.
