what does file\ ntkrnlmp.exe error code is 7 mean?

we are tying to get a harddrive working but it says file\ ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded the error code is 7 setup cannot contine can i help him in any way on my computer to load something on a floppy disk that would make it work? please can anyone help .Help i need now urgent

• One or more of the random access memory (RAM) modules that is installed on the computer is faulty.

Method 1: Restore the Default BIOS Settings



Method 2: Remove the Faulty RAM

better put the windows cd in pc then try this some .exe exicuteable file would be missing.
