Hi whatever your name is,

Check the SAM wiki documentation:

http://support.spacialaudio.com/wiki/SAM_Broadcaster

This page shows how to auto-generate HTML output and use the built-in FTP uploader to send updates to your site:

http://support.spacialaudio.com/wiki/Setting_up_SAM's_HTML_Output

Basically, what others have told you is correct. But you might be able to accomplish what you want with relatively little expense (this doesn't mean "cheap," though) by signing up with Live365. You probably wouldn't need all that equipment you have, and you would legitimately be able to play whatever you want without worrying about licensing fees outside of paying Live365 every month. To target the Miami Beach area, you'd probably just have to advertise the station around there, which I'd think you were going to do anyway. But others from around the nation will be able to find and listen to your station. Haven't noticed the broadcasting problems with this site that the first response mentions. Shoutcast is another option, but you wouldn't be playing music the legal way and it'd be difficult to broadcast all day long unless you have a good computer that is just for that.

They enter several codes into their encoders on SAM;

the codes include the Port (created by the ShoutCAST Server), IP Address (also created by the ShoutCAST Server), and then there's the password (created by the Administrators).

All of the above are set-up through several things on the cPanel (Control Panel); such as radio stats, which displays how many listeners there are, what song is playing, and who the DJ is.

Basically, to sum it up, you buy a ShoutCAST server, you get the details of the server such as port and IP Address details, and the default password; you also get details to go in and change the password and IP address if you wish. Then you post the details on your site, usually located at /djpanel, for example; myhabbospace.net/djpanel. The only way you can get the details is by an Administrator of the site creating you an account.

Now, on SAM, you enter all of the above details, and more. Such as, DJ Name, what type of music you play, and more.

There you go. (:
