IT said that I was posing as blizzard and something about a phishing scam( i searched online)

You have a virus, trojan, keylogger, or some other sort of nastiness on your computer. You need antivirus software NOW. I'd start with free.avg.com

Horrendous grammatical errors aside, that's a fake email and although the link here appears to be what was typed in the email, I'd bet the URL in the actual email will direct you to a phishing website (you can see it along the bottom bar of your web browser when you hover over the link in your email). Tons of people get these, even folks who have never played a Blizzard game. If you have an account and you actually did something wrong, you'd know because your account would be suspended and merely a informative email sent. Blizzard never asks you to go to a link to verify your account or other such nonsense. You're either suspended and alerted, or nothing.
