Before the trouble begins, I have ATi Radeon HD3450 that use DirectX 10.Unfortunately, I've accidentally installed DirectX 9.0c from AOE III and the dxdiag information shows i've DirectX 9.0c!
When I opened AOE III, the graphics is very blurr and not pretty as well the previous DirectX 10!! Can anyone help me to resolve this problem!

Plus--> How to fix "The software you try to install not pass Windows logo test" error, anyone give me some methods how to fix that things!!

To update DirectX run the DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

Installing DirectX 9.0c would not break anything. If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7, DirectX 10 would come preinstalled. Try changing your settings on AOE III to "High" to fix this problem.
