Alienware x51 bios A03 upgrade HELP?

Question

Hi, I'm trying to install a new GPU ( GTX 750 ti, removing my GTX 555 OEM) in my Alienware x51 and I keep getting stuck on the bios (A03) screen on bootup. Internet says I need to upgrade my bios. This has not been going well. I've tried downloading several exes from dell and everyone gives some error in both windows and DOS prompt. The suggested download by dell when I give them my service tag is A14, which when I try to run tells me to first get A06, then to A07 (http://puu.sh/8Cvcm.png). I have tried a couple different A06s from dell and none have worked so far

XPS420-A06.EXE :incompatible SMbios table
O980-A06.EXE :incompatible SMbios table
A06_QS.EXE :unknown current version (A03) so it aborts update

Again I tried them all in DOS, tried in windows, tried them with admin. Nothing has been working. Any suggestion is helpful. I have been reading the forums and other Alienware x51 owners with my original card (GTX 555 OEM) have had success with the 750 ti.
