I can't see any buttons after logging in with my desktop?

i'm using windows xp, after i logged in no buttons are appearing , like my computer... and neither is the start menu.. all i can see is the desktop background

Your screen resolution has changed



Right click on an empty portion of your desktop



Select

PROPERTIES>SETTINGS > Screen Resolution move that little slider to the left

Click APPLY and then OK



You can adjust your desktop resolution this way.

Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to bring up task manager - select the users tab and log off. Try logging on again.

Click ctrl+alt+delete

choose task manager

click file>run or run

write explorer.exe

Well if you can't do anything, then your only option is to reinstall WinXP.
