It would be cool to have a keyboard that you use with you're left hand. And mouse in right. But I can't seem to find any online.

There are some, but they're not very popular because it's hard to type very well with them.

They exist. The name for them is a chord keyboard.

They aren't for typing a musical chord (although you might find some of those when you do a web search). They are called a chord keyboard because you type by combining mutliple buttons at the same time, just like you would with a musical chord. That's how you get enough characters out of a 5-key keyboard.

Or, buy Dragon Naturally Speaking.

There are a number of them available, and the best is probably the FrogPad.

An ongoing project which is not yet commercially available is the one at http://fazt.info/
