when connected via telnet....?

when conected via telnet to another computer e.g

in CMD you type:

telnet 192.168.0.1

when it is connected what commands can u use from there?

Personally I would never turn the telnet server on for any machine. It is a seriously insecure protocol, and makes any machine running it very vulnerable to packet sniffing and other attacks.
