hello, ther is a key in your keyboard named "prnt Scrn" that means print screen, and what it does is make a copy of your desktop just like you have it at that particular moment and copyed to the clip boar; after that you can go to the program Paint and do a "control V" ther the copy of your desctop will appear and "there you go!!!" you can save it as a .gif, .bmp, .jpg, etc.

I hope this will help you

Thats a very simple job to do. Minimize all the windows on your desktop. press the Print Screen button found at the top on the Right of your Key Board. Now open MS Word or MS Paint and paste. Then name the file and save it for future reference.

Have everything on the screen you want the print screen of, then hit the "Print Screen" key. Then open MS Word or paint and "paste" the picture into the program. Then save it to somewhere on your computer and just upload it or attach it.

On most (Windows) keyboards, there's a key called Print Screen, PrntScrn or something similar. Press that.

Start up your favorite image editor/word processor to a blank document and find the paste command. Voila.

Either that, or try a camera.
