Help with permanently deleting files?

I have the following message when the eraser software finished permanently deleting unused area on my USB:

Files in F:\system volume information did not have its cluster tips erased because the following error 'F:\System volume information is denied'

My question is does this matter if it did not delete the system volume information? I want it wipe the USB 32GB clean with no chance of getting any files back.

You can simply format the USB instead of erasing.

You could choose to format the USB and then everything will be deleted.
