Can English computer be made to have Japanese menus by using a language Pack?

I bought a japanese keyboard hoping that I can use it in my English keyboard. But When I Installed it, it only types in english. can downloading a program make it possible to use? I really need it for my report. =(

I really need to use japanese keyboard to search on japanese websites using japanese characters. Is it possible? if so, please tell me how or where can I download a porgram (;_;) thanks in advance.

Yes, you can do it.

Go to Start - Control panel - Regional and Language options - tab Languages - check the box Install files for East Asian Languages.

Then in this tab Languages click Details and Add and choose the Japanese language.

any windows has it in control pannel, regional and language settings.
