if you are using IE right click on the toolbar and check if 'Lock toolbar' has a tick next to it.
If it does, click 'lock toolbar'. This should allow you to drag the border of the toolbar to expand its width and see the other button that you have in your drop down.
If you use Firefox, right click on the toolbar, select customize and then click the 'restore default set' button.
Could you tell use which browser you use if this doesn't work.

On top you will see file edit view favorits and so on go to view and in the drop down menu go to toolbars then go to customize in there you can add icons to the toolbar including the ones you mentioned hope this helps.

What browser are you using?
If you are using firefox, right click on the toolbar and select customize. From there you can just drag the icons up to the toolbar

Looks like the toolbar has been collapsed; do as advised - unlock and drag the toolbar until it shows all the buttons. Have you pressed F11 by mistake?
