Adobe Flash player 11,Java,Winrar,NVIDIA GRAPHIC driver,NVIDIA HD audio driver,NVIDIA PhysX,Intel(r) graphics media accelerator driver,Intel(r) tv wizard,Microsoft Word 2002,Realtek High definition Audio Driver...those are most important programs on your computer,you can delete other to free up some space...but don't delete these what'ive wrote,or you can mess your computer. :)

All type of softwares are good in their jobs so you should select it by yourself that what is not frequently used and is just trash for you or you do not know what the program is. Just uninstall all those softwares which you don't know and see the difference of space in your computer. After it defrag your partitions for improvement in space.

Why not consider buying a bigger hard drive?

Hard drives are really cheap these days.

Hard to say what programs you could get rid of as it depends what you use your computer for.
