Need to import Outlook Express messages and will not import? Help?

I had messages on Outlook Express 5 and it shows that I can not import into Outlook Express 6. Message states that the messages may be in use> Why would they be in use and where would I be able to find the messages??. Some of my folders have some information that I need and that I would rather not be seen. Password and account numbers. I am very frustrated.

Restart your computer and then try to import them.



Make sure you properly exported them from OE5, also.

Most of the Outlook Express error messages are due to problems with the internet connection, not the software on your computer.

WLM will import message regulations from Outlook convey, however they gained't artwork with IMAP connections. (POP3 isn't any problem.) in case you install WLM over OE6 -- which I did on an XP field -- they are carried over alongside with your account settings. there is no explanation why this could not be transferable to the hot field.
