When I go onto my PC there is a white border around the screen and its starting to get on my nerves! It even effects any website I'm on, like yahoo, it makes everything that supposed to be green on the screen white and blue. I have windows 7 installed on it so really it should have a see through blue border around the screen like it used to, the computer is also an acer. Does anybody know how to sort this out please?

Thankyou :)

It's probably your resolution or monitor. Right click on your desktop and go to personalize or properties. You'll see that there is a way to change your background and appearance. It's pretty self explanatory. Otherwise, adjust the settings on your monitor if it's not a laptop. There are buttons on the front and you can adjust the screen size.

sounds like the screen resolution is wrong, click start button, then control panel, then appearence settings, you can adjust it from there, maybe worth looking thru your manual for the correct screen resolution.

if you know how to set the screen from the buttons provided on the monitor that should do.
