i need to download a pdf document but it won't work on mine or my sister's computer...?

As the previous answer stated, the file on the server is damaged or corrupted and you won't be able to download it. I sent an email to Walthamforest.gov.uk Webmaster advising them of the corrupted file and requested they reload it to the server but in the mean time here is the link for you to contact them if need be:

You're not very clear with your problem, however, I guess you dont have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer to open the document (since you say you cant open the downloaded file)...pdf files are opened with Acrobat reader.

'it won't work' is not very specific. Do you mean you can not download it or you can not read the file.

If you can download the file but can not read the file then you need to get the Adobe Acrobat Reader to open the file.

to open pdf files you need to have adobe acrobat ...just download it then open it............... .you can get adobe from this site for free...
