You have been in all possibility walked by a equipment fix and not an truthfully format of the complicated stress. finding on your working equipment the truthfully technique might replace so i won't be able to furnish you with the suitable information. What concerns me is which you have had to try this two times in certainly one of these short quantity of time. that's amazingly seldom mandatory to reformat or to do a equipment fix. With the final application, (malwarebytes, ccleaner, AVG, and so on) any issues you're having on your pc might desire to be resolved with out dropping all your documents. in line with possibility rather of calling Dell, you will possibly desire to call a actual technician to determine your pc. Dell looks to propose the least confusing element for them and not continually the wonderful element for the shopper.

Check in Device Manager to see if any of your drivers need to be updated. You could also have a virus. Doing a system restore will not remove viruses. You have to re-format your hdd re-install Windows or whatever O.S you are using, and that will guarantee your viruses will be gone.
