URGENT. Font displaying problem?

Question

I turned on my computer today and i found my fonts are all messed up.

In task manager and in Outlook Express, the fonts look like this:

I can't change it in display properties because when i scroll down the fonts, there is only one font: the illegible one.

My language setting is Traditional Chinese, and now some places don't display Chinese texts properly.

(the "squares" are supposed to be Chinese texts)

Re-installing graphic driver doesn't work.
No spyware/virus detected

Help?

Try running a system restore to before this happened.

strange. Does this happen when you boot up in safe mode? Did you add any new fonts lately? You may have a corrupted font throwing it all off...what did u do yesterday before you shut down? Might help narrow it down a bit.
