I see so many awesome pics on the internet and id love to hang them on my wall. is there a business that will blow images up and print them for me? i thought about tiling pieces of printer paper, but that would look like crap. i want it to look professional. Ive scoured all of efnet and google to no avail.

Kinkos.

Chances are the resolution of the picture won't allow for a good quality poster blowup.

You can take the picture to Kinkos. They have Adobe Photoshop, the machine to print out posters, and a person who does such work. I have a friend who worked at Kinkos and did such work. Again, the resolution of your picture must be very very good to have a good poster blowup.

It won't work. Most of the images you find online are low resolution. The highest resolution jpg you're likely to find online won't be bigger than 1024x768, which means the print quality will be unacceptable if you make it bigger than 8" x 10" or so. If you try to blow up such an image to poster size, it'll be a blocky mess.

give the photo to a local photo shop and they can blow it up for you. i might not look as crisp depending on the type of picture. but you do want to go with the highest resolution you can find.
