Hi HDxSh0TzZ,
I would suggest you to follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned which may improve the system performance:
*Run the Performance troubleshooter. It checks issues that might slow down your computer's performance:
Click on Start > click Control Panel > type troubleshooter > click Troubleshooting.
*Uninstall programs you never use from Programs and Features.
*Open Task Manager and monitor Processes by filtering Memory and CPU usage. Check the processes which take up most resources and close the ones you don`t need to ease the load.
*If the issue still persists, disconnect all external devices that are connected to the machine and reboot to check if any external device is causing the issue.
*You may boot the boot the system in Safe Mode and check the functionality of the machine.
To boot the computer in Safe Mode, please switch on the computer and start tapping the F8 key which would take you to Advanced Boot Option screen. Using the up and down arrow key, select Safe Mode to boot the computer into Safe Mode.
*If system works fine in Safe Mode then edit start up and then check if the system performance has improved.
*If it’s not working fine in Safe Mode or Editing Startup doesn’t help run hardware diagnostics on the hard drive to confirm functionality.
*Once diagnostics are completed and you don’t get any errors, may be the Operating System has some corrupted files and you may perform Operating System reinstallation.
Before performing Operating System reinstallation, save your data in an external drive as this will lead to data loss.

Hope this helps.
Thanks and Regards
