Click on "click here" to see the message of what is causing this error. My guess is one of your startup program crashes every time you start up your laptop. You can configure your startup programs with following steps:
1. Click Start > Run
2. Type "msconfig" and enter
3. Select the Startup tab
4. Uncheck the program(s) that you think is causing the error by reading the message from the report above
5. Click OK and restart your laptop
You can experiment by checking/unchecking the startup programs until you find the right one. Once you find the program that causes the crash, you can either reinstall or uninstall it. You should also be careful with what kind of program it is, make sure you don't delete the windows boot programs or drivers. Otherwise, you might experience some weird behavior. You can login to windows and reconfigure the startup programs following the above steps if something is wrong. Good luck!

You can solve your problem by disabling "error reporting service". To do this open dialog by pressing win+r and type in regedit. A windows will pop up, showing you all computer processes. Navigate down almost until the bottom and locate "Windows error reporting service". Double click it and set it to "disable". Restart computer and you will no longer get those Windows alerts.

So..
A good tool I used to clean up and speed up my PC is CCleaner. You can download it for free here http://j.mp/UrADII
It's the best choice.
Hope it helps.

If you have Win XP, you can disable these error reports
