Hey,
I am trying to figure out a way I can customize a key on my keyboard.

To be Specific, My work required extensive use of the Number pad, Tab Key, G Key, and , Key. I want to Make the - key the same as Tab, The + Key the same as G, and * the same as , . I know there is software you can download to do this, but my company has a policy against downloading software.

So I am hopeing there is a was I can do this within Windows with out extensive programing etc.

Thanks

Apparently Microsoft supplies an app for this.

What is does is create a custom language format that you would load from the Regional and Language options in control panel.

So even if your company doesn't want you to install any programs, you should be able to build your custom language at home and then just put that on the system and load it.

Hope this at least helps a little bit

Although I can't really see why you would want to do that, I'm wondering firstly what program are you using. If its Word, then surely you can use autocorrect option so that when you prss the + key it is replaced automatically with G. If that's what you're after, just type +, highlight it, up to Tools Autocorrect Options, the + will appear in the replace box, so type G in the With box, click on Add, then OK and in future every time you type + it will replace it with G. Otherwise, because there will obviously be times when you want to use the + sign etc. it could be that writing a macro which you can run when you need to, is the best way.

some human beings glue/ JB Weld the pinnacle of their key right into a chrome axle nut disguise. On some motorcycles that disguises the main important. maybe you are able to desire to restoration your emblem directly to that. maybe this provides you with a concept of a thank you to make what you prefer.
