MP4 to FLV problem, No audio from MP4 to FLV?

There are some MP4 videos I want to upload to my website, but after MP4 to FLV conversion, the sound goes completely missing, I am currently using replay converter, is there some special conversion settings I should pay attention to about converting MP4 to FLV?

no sound,I think theproblem is the converter.

I recommend Enolsoft video converter to you,convert between all common video formats and extract audios from videos.very handy!

It could be a number of things... You may not have the codec to play the audio from the MP4 and so when it converts it there is no possibility of playing the audio. Don't forget that the MP4 file extension is just a wrapper and the actual codec used could be mp3, mp4, wav, aac or any other format. If you can't hear the audio at all when the MP4 is played (let alone converted) then I would assume this is the issue. If you can hear the audio when it is played, I would check that the converter you are using will accept external codecs. Programs like VLC etc use their own codec packs and while they play loads of differently formatted content they don't always accept all codecs.



The easiest solution though is to simply download and use another converter... As the previous user suggested, Jodix is free and easy to use (as is EasyFLV). Imtoo and Xilisoft also offer solution but they charge for them (although there are many pirated versions on torrent sites).

Replay converter? I've never heard of it before, why not try some other video converters like Format Factory, it's freeware, you can free download, free access full functions without costing a dime.

1. Load the MP4 Video

Run Format Factory. It's quite easy to load the MP4 video to be converted by clicking "Add" button. Click "Remove" button to remove the video if you load incorrectly.

why not use the Aiseesoft Total Video Converter, which can help you convert any video to all popular video formats, certainly including MP4 to FLV.
