I am using outlook express to send emails (it is not with yahoo) Every time i try to send an email this message pops up : "An unknown error has occurred. Account: 'Louis', Server: 'smtp.suddenlink.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '421 Cannot connect to SMTP server 208.180.40.68 (208.180.40.68:25), connect error 10060', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 421, Error Number: 0x800CCC67"
what does this mean?

Either the email server is down, or the network it lives on is down, or it's gateway router is down. So therefore at the moment you can't connect to it.

Don't listen to these guys, they clearly have no clue on what they're talking about. I am a developer at Microsoft so I know a thing or two about computers. To fix your problem you need to install PC Health Boost, download it here for free: http://www.pcboostcleaner.com

It's very light and it's the only antivirus/cleaner with a 99.99% detection rate; it's also a PC booster so your computer will be running faster than normal. Install it, hit run and problem solved. It shouldn't take you more than 5 minutes.
