How do I reveal hidden files within files??

Question

I had a main folder (lets call it folder A) with several folders of my music and pictures and documents. Recently I rearranged all those documents inside folder A and deleted all the sub-folders. Well after they were all empty, there were about 6 sub-folders in folder A that had "empty files" but when you left the cursor over the folder it would say a #, size 41.5 kb, or some other # with a size kb.

So does this mean that my husband hid files in my files? (He used to do that on our old computer. He would hide files of porn and other sex related stuff within files so I would not find it. But a long time ago he showed me how to make a file hidden and how to retrieve it.) Or is this some weird computer thing that doesn't mean anything.

When you click on Properties on each folder it says that there is still something in the file. Like 32 kb or something like that.

right click on my computer and select explore. at the top go to tools and folder optionsn click the view tab. Select show hidden files and folders. If you think he has something in there I recommend just deleting the root folder. Also a few kbs most like couldn't support a picture like that.

Ok, Open The Folder.



Then Go to tools. (Top Bar) Then Folder Options.



Then go to "View" and go down to where it says "Hidden Files and folders" And Click On "Show hidden Files And Folders"





Also, after you do this, I would Hide all of the folders again. Because you dont want to end up deleting any of those =]
