ive just installed my scanner and printer, and it seems to have created a problem with me saving pictures and files from the internet, usualy when i save images i right click the mouse type a name for the image, and then it gives me an option of saving mode usually JPEG, or BITMAP, i use bitmap to save into my books, however now the options are JPEG and ALL FILES, when i click on all files it doesn't save the image anywhere, but i checked in a place called my recent folders and it seems to be stored there.
How do i change it back to the mode i was using before BITMAP, or BMP.

choose "all files" and type ".bmp" in the file name..

Ok, if you want to continue saving them as .bmp files, you don't need to change anything. It sounds more like you've saved it in a diff location than normal. Just make sure that when you save it, make sure to save it to the location that you want. If you want to save it in a diff format like .jpg, you simply choose a diff file type on the bottom. Hope this helps!

Im not sure how to do that, but i know some suggestions...

Start ---> search ---> pictures, music and video

Search! Find the photos and look at the directory they are saved in,

Then either learn where they are or copy and paste to somewhere else,

now open Paint and then "save as" the picture name will be what ever it was before but under it you can change the format of the picture, gl

does solve your problem but it is a way of doing it.

that means that the position ever you're trying to order it from it truly is already a bmp and also you may't change that yet. when you save it you may import it into paint or the different images application and then pass keep as, and form the report call *.gif.

go to ms paint open it up, open your image then click save as.. right under where the file name is click the scroll box and change it to .bmp and save it..... your welcome
