i am on yahoo mail, and i can not send, only recieve?

hey all, here is the problem, i have yahoo mail, and i have not had any problems up until a few days ago, and now i can only recieve mail and it will not let me send it ,always sends a box on the screen that says "CO CREATE INSTANCE FAILED" WHAT DOES THIS MEAN, AND HOW DO I FIX IT, thank you for helping someone who knows nothing about computers, but to type, lol, Your help is needed badly

Click on the help button at the top right hand side they will tell you how to fix it, I know you go to options and go to mail management to fix the problem because I had the problem once too, just follow the instructions they give you on the help page. Good luck

No thanks to get artwork the loose Yahoo! mail with POP!!! you could sign in on a Hong Kong, or Singapore Yahoo, they are giving the POP3 service. those settings are for Yahoo! PLUS Mail!!! Regards, gents!
