Miniumize the outlook screen to the right half of ur screen, open Windows explorer and size it to your left side. Create a new folder on root of c: My Emails, then press down and hold the Ctrl key and click somewhere on your email list, that will highlight it all, then drag it to your new folder MY Emails, after it made a copy there you can burn to disk or where ever you want to save it to.

You need to export to Microsoft outlook once that is done you can either save them to an archive or you can choose a folder on your hard drive and save them all into a PST file at the same time.
