Web browsers are way to hard for you. You need to be a near expert level programmer. Linux can use IE 6 through wine. try that.

First, please use other browser alternative like "Firefox"

If some reason you absolutely need IE to access the site and you only have access to Linux machine, the only option I can think of it would be installing virtualization software such as vmware. Vmware will run windows on top of linux machine, and you will be able to use IE.
