NOTE: I already defrag the hardrive, check for viruses and I delete temp files.

1. goto your harddrives right click on them click on properties and then select cleanup and make sure all fields are check then delte the files



2.goto tune up use the the tune up free disk space option and then disable the hibernation if you have it turned on can do that from same window



3. do the disk defragmentation from tune up.



4.goto start then run type %TEMP% and hit enter then select all and hit delete it with utne up shedrer and dnt worry about the files which wont get deleted thats normal



5.If you get mcaffe use the maintain computer option to clean all the junk in your system



6.use tune up registry cleaner and defragmnter
