I just set up my emails for my domain and since the very first email I sent out, they are all going to people's junk/spam folders. I've contacted my host and they say there's nothing to do on their end nor is my domain on any blacklists. so what can I do to stop my emails from going to people's junk?

The main reason for your e-mails going in the SPAM folder are:

1) Missing PTR record or rDNS

2) IP Blocking by any SPAM filter

3) Missing SPF record or Domain Keys

4) Domain is not trusted by google, yahoo or MSN

Try clicking on the "NOT SPAM" for the existing mails form your domain. You have check that for only 1 mail. The subsequent mails should end up in your inbox.
