Is this working to make Minecraft run faster?

I use command prompt to run this: (in an attempt to make my Minecraft run faster)
javaw -Xmx28672m -Xms14336m -jar "C:\Users\Grimmie XII\Desktop\Minecraft.exe"
Supposedly this runs Minecraft with 14 GB of all my RAM

Here's my system specs:
Model: Gateway FX 6860
Processor: Intel i7-2600 @ 3.4 GHz (4 core)
RAM: 16 GB
64-bit Operating System
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 560 Ti

I also have these mods for Minecraft:
OptiFine Hd A4 Standard (Settings turned up)
OptiFine HD A4 Multi-Core
OptiFine HD A5 AA
[Texture Pack] Mind Shatter x256
Sonic Ether's Unbelievable Shaders v1.1 (Dynamic Shadows Mod)

For OptiFine I'm using the video settings:
Graphics: Fancy
Smooth Lighting: 100
Fog: Fancy
Mipmap Level: Max
All Animations "On"
Render Distance: Far
Performance: Max FPS
View Bobbing: On
Advanced OpenGL: Fast
Mipmap Type: Linear
-Details-
Everything Fancy, Clear Water and Sky are Off
Anisotopic Filtering: 16
Anti-aliasing:16
-Other-
Smooth FPS: On
Fast Debug Info: Off
Load Far: On
Chunk Updates: 5
Far View: OFF (I wouldn't even attempt this without more FPS)
Smooth Input: On
Preloaded Chunks: Off
Dynamic Updates: On

So, anyways I used to be able to run Minecraft at about 300 fps, for some reason, on "good days" it would read 600 fps in the F3 menu. Now I can only play at around 20 fps and the choppiness of the gameplay is nearly unbearable. I noticed the severe difference after the first time I downloaded and configured the OptiFine mods (all 4 last time) and now its worse that I have the Dynamic Shaders Mod. I want to keep my Minecraft looking this great, but is there any way to do it with better fps?

Thank you for your time in reading this. I greatly appreciate the effort you may put into answering this for me. Please no unnecessary answers, I need help on this.
God Bless, and thanks!

Try lowering your Anti-aliasing to x8. You shouldn't notice too much of a drop in quality and you should see an immediate boost in fps.

It isn't so bad at 20 FPS (But with 16 GB RAM that's pretty crappy, I have 4 RAM) that's what mine runs at... also... mods SLOW down your game a lot.

Okay there is one thing that you can try. Which I'm assuming you haven't yet done. when you download and play mine craft, by default, it runs in 32 bit. If you happen to have a 64 bit processor then you are wasting a great deal of processing power, that is why i would recommend changing your mine craft to 64 bit instead of 32 bit. Im unable to tell you how to do this as I am on a mac and have no idea how to do it on windows. This is where goggle becomes you friend ;) just search "how to change minecraft to 64 bit" or something along those lines. Also make sure you have a 64 bit processor and that you have 64 bit java installed.
