When i get e-mailed an attachment such a power point or windows media file i can not open it. ?

after i hit download it says the page is not available. the window says there may be a problem with the address of the attachment or my computer is not connected to the computer.which is is working well. Any ideas?

'abs...'is right, but keep in mind, opening ANY attachment is rolling the dice...

If using OE, go to tools, options, security; then deselect box that states "do not allow attachments to be saved or opened."
