Windows 98 SE problems?

I had Internet Explorer and it kept saying "This program has performed an illegal operation and will be shut down" I installed Opera and it said "Msimg32.dll is too old or not installed" How do I install Msimg32.dll? What's the best web browser for win 98 se? I tried going on youtube to watch videos but it said I needed to update my flash player. What's the newest and best flash player for win 98 se?

Firefox 3.5 will run on Windows 98 if you install an unofficial Kernel Extender (see http://www.msfn.org/board/index.php?showtopic=130936)

Try installing Firefox. But be warned - ANY current web browser will CRAWL on a computer built for Windows 98.
