Music Downloads??

Question

I have tried downloading Limewire, and all of the above..but everytime i go to type in my search it never brings up any music that i type in search, im wondering if maybe it could be the version of windows i have and maybe i need to update it or maybe i need a newer version of internet explorer, can anyone tell me what it might be and what can i do to get it to work. Would it not work with certain versions of explorer or windows??
& if i do need to get a newer version of either, where do i go to get it?

You should give Jamendo a try. All of the artists on there have released their music under a Creative Commons license, rather than a traditional copyright license, allowing for free distribution and sharing. It is 100% free and legal.



Also, you should check out a blog called Totally Free Music. It has links to artists giving away free music on their websites, reviews on free albums and reviews on free music websites. You should check it out. Best of luck! =)

Most likely Limewire is being blocked by your firewall, either Windows or anti-virus. This means that Limewire cannot reach the internet to do a search. To change your firewall settings in Windows XP go to Control Panel, Security Center, Windows Firewall. In Windows Firewall select the Exceptions tab, look in the list for something like limewire.exe and check the box then hit OK. If you have any follow up questions just email me.

i use iTunes instead safer, free, legal got a good selection i want to listen to try them okay.
