You may try data recovery software like asoftech photo recovery. The pro version enables recovering not only photos, but also musics, videos, document, etc. Just that scan may take long time depends on hard disk capacity.

The answer is YES! When you delete a file and then empty your recycle bin, many people think the file is permanently gone. Even the Windows help menu will tell you that "Deleting an item from the Recycle Bin permanently removes it from your computer."

When a file is deleted from your computer, its contents aren't immediately destroyed. Windows simply marks the hard drive space as being available for use by changing one character in the file table so that the file entry won't be displayed in My Computer or a command line DIR command, etc. If you manage to start an undeletion process before Windows uses that part of the hard drive to write a new file, all you have to do is set that flag back to "on" and you get the file.

Contrary to popular belief, deleting files from your recycle bin does not mean they are permanently lost. The files are still there but Windows cannot recognize them anymore. What you need is data recovery software.

Just remember that you only have short window of time to get the files back. It is highly recommended to scan your system as soon as possible. Try out this free scan:

once you remove them from the recycling bin they are gone forever. system restore will not work because it only fixes system settings it doesn't recover data. if it came off of a cd you can reinstall them but if you downloaded them from the internet you should look on the website to see if it remembers that you downloaded it and lets you do it again for free.

if u deleted in by recycle bin u can use this application noted as RECUVA... and if u deleted it in ur frustrating tension (shift+delete) u can use EASEUS records restoration... 1st one is extra handy than the 2d one if u question me...
