please help me to get the rid of this WMI (windows management instrumentation) error!!?

Question

''this error start coming as soon as windows starts.
''the error comes with two options ''send'' & "dont send"
'' this error continue to come with the gap of 45 secs. approx. till i do not shut down the pc.

i have windows xp service pack 1
pentium 4.2.2
no problem is there except this one


PLEASE THERE IS THE REQUEST TO SUGGEST ANYTHING THAT WILL HELP REGARDING THIS

Start>Run>type in MSCONFIG>Startup tab - uncheck any reference to WMI



Same thing with Services

Start>Run>type in services.msc

To disable Error Reporting, go to Start > Control Panel > System. Click on the Advanced tab. At the bottom you should see a button labeled Error Reporting. Click it. In the pop-up, select Disable error reporting.
