My DVD Drive (ATAPI iHAS124 B ATA) as it appears in device manager, isn't correctly reading a finalized DVD-RW. I recognises the disc and that it is indeed a DVD-RW, but it says that it has absolutely nothing on it. What can I do? I know there are items on this disc.

I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit.

It is because of the DVD which you have burned must have burned incompletely.Thats why the disc is shown empty by the drive. The Drive is OK.Good Luck.

Try playing another different DVD (or several).

If they work fine,it must be the problem with the DVD and not your DVD drive.
