DVD copying...have only 1dvd drive,want to back up dvd to PC but is saying DVD is css encrypted...(read on)?

Im wanting to store DVD to PC then copy onto a DVD-RW disc...but its saying css protected...is there anyway I can get round this?(I DO NOT WANT DIFFERENT SOFTWARE)
The DVD burning software Im using is cyberlink-powerDVD/power2goexpress/powerdirector etc.

you need a tool to get by all the security on protected dvd's

if you go to the address aboveyou can get a free program that will help.the program is called Daemon Tools 4.09.1

i used it my self a while back and it really is the buisness

Download anyDVD from here.... http://www.slysoft.com and install the program.... It makes all copy protection schemes invisible. The downside.....It is a 21 day free trial then you have to buy it. If you are only backing up 1 dvd then 21 days should be plenty of time......There is not a way to defeat the latest copy protections without installing some sort of software.

Your going to have to get the free download of DVD Decrypter and it takes the encryption off of your DVD so that you are able to copy it and burn it.

As someone said, the only software I know that can do it is anydvd. It just sits in the system tray which will remove protection. Then you can use any software you want to rip the movie.

not without another form of software being installed , clone dvd copies original dvd's .

not the cucusoft version
