I took web files backup on the local server, after completion, it showed a link to download. I downloaded it on my Windows XP machine and tried to unzip it using winrar, it gave me the error "The system can not find the path specified".

I backed up files and folders randomly and tried again and again, every time it gives me the following error:

You have deleted or moved what the computer is looking for, some thing that you saved originally to your desktop on Dec 2nd 2006. a picture proberbly. Or are you trying to open the shortcut and not the Archive.

Hopefully its because of the special caracter which you were having the zip files.



Can you try using the 7zip software(try filehippo.com to get the software) to unzip as it tries to solve the special character problem.



or you can open the zip file in winrar and see if you have any special charaters and rename those files on the fly by using F2 key.
