Under the Devices subcategory on iTunes, I don't have a horizontal (left to right) scroll bar. I need to read something, but can't because there is no scroll bar. What should I do? The three view options at the top of the screen don't work under this subcategory. I tried the double arrow, but it still doesn't scroll all the way.

I had this problem and it took me about 15 min to figure it out...

You just go to Control Panel, Display, Settings, and change Screen Resolution from "Less" to "More"

Hope that helps!

up at the top of the window there should be a vertical doted line like in the start bar and drag it over so you can read the rest or when you play it it says that in the info box

Just click and drag the vertical dividing bar over to view what you can't read.
