I know to delete the temp files, but what about these other files?

-Hibernation File Cleaner
-Debug Dump Files
-Setup Log Files
-System Error Memory Dump Files
-System Error Minidump Files
-Per User Archive Windows Error Reports
-System Archive Windows Error Reports
-System Queued Windows Error Reports

I don't know if any of these files are important to my computer or the data I have on it, so a brief explanation of what each one does (or at least the important ones, if any) would be helpful too.

Thanks.

You can safely remove all of those files.

Keep the "Hibernation File" if you hibernate your PC regularly.
